Created for Next Step Realty and each of their brands (W Home Group, Beth Engel Group, Patty Kallmyer, Elisabeth Yeager) these “Luxury Collection” brochures are 4-page bifolds that feature premium listings. With an emphasis on photography these brochures have minimal written content and are printed on gloss stock.
Software used: Adobe InDesign for layout, Adobe Illustrator for icons, Adobe Photoshop for photo touch up
