Similar to the 4-page Listing Brochures, these 16-page booklets featured additional photography and property details for premium listings. With an emphasis on the photography these brochures were printed on gloss stock.
Software used: Adobe InDesign for layout, Adobe Photoshop for photo touch up
Written content provided by client (via RedFin listing) and required some proofreading to check for grammatical errors. Sets of images separated to provide tour through house and coordinate with written content. Lists used where possible to reduce blocks of copy.
