Hundreds of postcards created for Next Step Realty and each of their brands (W Home Group, Beth Engel Group, Patty Kallmyer, Elisabeth Yeager). Postcards feature listings, holidays, special promotions, introduce new team members, and more.
Software used: Adobe InDesign for layout, Adobe Illustrator for icons, Adobe Photoshop for photo touch up and custom imagery

Due to the fast-paced nature of real estate, agents need to get mailings out ASAP. Postcards were adapted into order sheets for each brand to make it as easy as possible for the office managers and agents to place orders. To further support this effort Next Step Realty developed an internal website that functioned as an order form. Upon submitting, info is sent directly to me with required information and photos.
